Maureen Marshall Weidner founded Marshall Machinery in 1998. Offices are in San Clemente, CA with a staff to provide sales, service, telemarketing and administrative services. As the principal sales representative, Ms. Weidner applies over 20 years of industrial experience for clients. Prior to forming her business, Maureen held a variety of industrial sales and management positions with equipment manufacturers.

Ms. Weidner comments, “We seek long-term relationships that generate profits for the parties we connect. Our manufacturer-customers receive productivity-enhancing services and the equipment they need to compete. Our principals get expert, local service and assistance. Our relationship network extends to many geographic areas, so service can be delivered locally even if we cannot be on-site every time.”
